Flyro operates as an independent, third-party premium visa expediting agency. We are not affiliated with the United States government, the Chinese embassy, or any other foreign government body. We charge a service fee for expert review, rapid processing, and courier services—in addition to any official consular fees applied by the embassy.
2. User Responsibilities
As an applicant using our platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided to us is accurate, complete, and fully legitimate. Flyro holds no responsibility for visa rejection or delays caused by missing, forged, or inaccurate documents.
3. Visa Approval Disclaimer
While Flyro boasts extremely high approval rates, the final decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the respective embassy or consulate. We cannot legally guarantee visa issuances or exact processing timeframes, as these are controlled completely by government authorities.
4. Refund Policy
Our service fees are non-refundable once your application has been reviewed and officially submitted to the government or embassy on your behalf. Consular fees dictated by the destination country are strictly non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Flyro Holidays be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to canceled flights, lost hotel bookings, or ruined travel itineraries) arising from delayed or rejected visa applications.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.
